"Thank you Dr. Toriumi for the impetus to take my health to the next level. I am a relatively fit 62 year old that works out daily and have always considered myself a healthy eater. However, I always get stuck at a certain level of fitness and body form without being able to excel beyond a certain point, until now. After reading your book and following your guidelines over the past 4 weeks, I have made a transformation I was unable to achieve prior. By following the protocols in the book for such a short period of time, I have already seen a dramatic difference. My subcutaneous and visceral fat levels have been reduced quite a bit. While I will admit following the eating lifestyle change has not been easy, it gets better every day. Following the guidelines in the book has really helped me to reduce the cravings for carbohydrates. It has also reduced the inflammation in my body. I breathe better and feel more energetic throughout the day. I would recommend this lifestyle change to anyone who really wants to make a difference in their overall health and wellbeing.
